Nice neighborhood, accommodation could be better

Nice neighborhood with Sorano close by. No restaurant or bar open. Lack of bedsheets and towels for 3 people. The shower head was too heavy to stay in the shower head holder

La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. Personale simpatico, disponibile e pulizia degli ambienti eccezzionale, piscina compresa. Adatto anche ai bambini, specialmente la seconda piscina. Il bar in piscina è comodissimo, ben fornito e e meglio gestito. 3 giorni passati benissimo, viene voglia di tornarci...bravi.

Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.

Excellent complexe de qualité.

Une superbe région avec de beaux endroits et villages atypique et historiques. Des commerces de proximités et des supers marchés. Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvé de manière générale des familles respectueuses rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement était de bien avec une climatisation centrale mais bien tempéré malgré la chaleur et pas de bruits de fonctionnement. Les extérieurs super bien entretenus, des coins d'ombres, de la verdure. Des transats et parasols pour tout le monde en pleins moi d'août et personne mets sa serviette pour bloquer son transat toute la journée comme on peut voir dans pleins d'hôtels. Du linge de lits et une literie de qualité même le canapé de lit. Des serviettes de bains aussi de bonnes qualités. Un personnel et des responsables hypers souriants à l'écoute réactifs et accueillants. 2 piscines dont une chauffée à la perfection. J'ai vraiment adoré le lieu, des barbecues, des espaces verts et jeux pour les enfants avec de l'espace. Une sensation de sécurité avec l'accès fermé et parking et allées avec caméras. Des tarifs très accessibles pour se restaurer ou boire un verre. Le seul petit bémol c'est que cela manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Mais c'est pas trop grave et on prévoit de revenir en août 2024. Je conseille à 300% !

La struttura è immersa nel verde, silenziosa e comoda, i servizi sono interessanti anche se, per via del tempo e del periodo, non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire. l'appartamento avrebbe necessità di qualche ritocco ma è perfettamente funzionale ed a misura di famiglia. Una nota dolente è stato il funzionamento del wifi che comunque almeno per noi era trascurabile mentre una nota altamente positiva la comodità del letto!

Stuttura confortevole ed adatta alle famiglie. Purtoppo credo che non sia a regime al 100% anche per le problematiche COVID. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e comodi anche se, a mio parere necessiterebbe di una maggiore manutenzione. Sicuramente consigliato.

Great family place.

Fantastic place to holiday in Tuscany. The accommodation has everything you need. The bottom apartments have small gardens and the top ones have balconies. The accommodation has 2 pools. The main pool is heated so it is perfect for children. The people who run the accommodation are really friendly and helpful. The festive Italian evenings they organise are really fun and tasty. One can even indulge in some karaoke. The villaggio is nicely located just outside the historical village Sorano and very close to Pitigliano. Both stunning villages. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Ottima location con posizionamento baricentrico rispetto a molti luoghi di interesse turistico ed in mezzo al verde. Staff gentile e ben disposto ad ascoltare le richieste dei clienti. Appartamenti molto comodi. Unci nei : il WI FI è lento e la televisione è un vecchio 14 pollici a tubo catodico che si vede male.

I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room.

BEL COMPLESSO RESIDENZIALE IN MAREMMA

Bel villaggio ben tenuto. AppartamentI belli, più fruibili quelli al piano terra se si va in periodo estivo. Unico appunto l'aria condizionata sempre accesa in estate che non è possibile spegnere dall appartamento quando non è necessaria. Piscina con acqua verde invece del solito e più gradevole azzurro. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato a chi si reca in zona.

Bellissimo villaggio con 2 piscine nei pressi del borgo di Sorano. Mini appartamenti comodi e ben arredati (con cucina e sala da pranzo, terrazza privata). Parco giochi e parcheggio privato. Ottima colazione.

The apartment was dark and outdated. The sofabed felt dirty on the outside. Outside there were plastic furniture to use, also dirty. The pool felt in need of renovation. The staff were friendly and if you are not that picky of the standard it felt homey. We ended up renting another place for a few days, even though we couldn't get the money back, we were quite disapointed.

Devo tornarci

Mi sono trovata benissimo appartamento molto curato nei particolari dotato di angolo cottura e di una bella veranda attrezzata. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che il villaggio fosse dotato di piscina riscaldata, di servizio bar dove poter fare anche colazione e di uno spazio dove poter partecipare alle feste organizzate ogni settimana. Ho visitato il centro benessere molto curato ma non ho usufruito del servizio per mancanza di tempo. Il personale si è dimostrato molto accogliente e disponibile una particolare menzione al mitico Mario. Il villaggio è pet friendly e ospita una splendida micia Lola addetta al l'accoglienza clienti. La posizione è invidiabile vicina a centri di cultura, terme di Satirnia e anche al mare, cosa volere di più? La trovo inoltre adattissima alle famiglie ma anche alle coppie

Very Nice

We were greeted by the proprietress and she was very accommodating. The first room she offered us smelled of smoke and she arranged for an alternate. The facility is very clean and offers quite a nice range of activities - table games, two different pools a park for children and an entrance gate that gives the feeling of safety. The hotel is very close to Sorano which we found thoroughly delightful.
