"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"The modern rooms are short walk to town center, we had parked just outside the property and walked everywhere, there is plenty of information in the room about places to visit, eat and drink. Also we were given chips to exchange in a number of cafes nearby for breakfast (coffee and croissant), as it was included in the stay. Very happy with the room, would recommend it."

"This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. "Very clean and modern . Beautiful location. Quiet . USB port for phone charger. Toiletries , hairdryer, towels supplied , tea coffee in room . Owner very nice and friendly and helpful . Breakfast was really good nice choice . Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Can get Netflix on tv . A short ride out of about 10 minutes for local restaurants. "

"The language barrier was definitely an issue. We were greeted in the street by the off-site host who was upset that we were planning to check out early even though we said we were paying for the extra night and despite the fact that we had emailed June 22nd that we had to shorten our stay. This is not a typical B & B. It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchenette on the same floor as 2 private apartments in a multi-story building above the pedestrian area. No blow dryer or iron is provided....
