"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "

"We got one of the rooms on the lower floor and it was obviously poorer quality than the photos above. The room was a smokers-beige and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. When we walked into the bathroom, there was long hairs on the floor (we both have short hair) and the blanket they gave us was literally just a sheet. Warning: the car park is very very tiny and scraping your car is likely. The staff is nice and the pool and gym was fantastic"

"Rooms are clean, spacious enough and the cleaners do a fab job. Not too far from ski-area lifts too. However, it’s all a little tired and our ‘triple room’ was a double with a squeezed in extra bed that didn’t align to the wall and lights. There was one wardrobe and a lack of hooks to hang up anything in the room other than in the small bathroom. Definitely need more hooks on walls. When we stayed there, end of January, was lots of teens/younger crew, which almost made it feel a bit youth...

"Room is pretty clean daily, staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities is good. Included breakfast could be better, was little too hot overnight. "
