"All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is centrally located. You are right in the center and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Ask for room 103. Visit the Thanksgiving Gallery only minutes away for excellent local art."

"Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff! "
