"Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento."

"We loved this very well located hotel! It’s of the heavily trafficked areas and is in immaculate shape. We did not feel like we were in a high tourist destination. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They all have a great sense of humor that makes it for a fun stay. The pool area makes it feel so Italian with fruit trees and gardens. We loved the breakfast and the bar also. The only inconvenience would be the small room. We were pretty tight with 3 pieces of luggage in the room. Im sure there are larger ones to consider. Just have to pay attention to room size when booking. "

"Beautiful property, and the terrace was the best view in Sorrento. The nightly sunset views were breathtaking. The onsite restaurant offers delicious and elegant meals, one of our favorite dishes was the tagliolini with pawns and brown butter sauce.The hotel staff were nice and attentive. Our room was perfect with a lovely balcony where we could wind down in the evening after a day of adventures. Conveniently located, 5 minute walk, to center of town for shopping and dining."

"We loved staying at Hotel Plaza. The hotel nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. It is right in the center so we went lots of places by walking. Hotel staff members are friendly, polite and very helpful. "
