It was great, the staff was helpful, it was mostly clean, but the problem is there is noise during the day and night, location is great 2 mins from the beach and 2 mins from piazza tasso

The property was spotless, well maintained, and had all the modern conveniences I needed. After three weeks in Italy, this was the first time I’d had a truly hot shower! The staff were more than helpful from the moment they welcomed me and checked me in. I especially can’t say enough about the housekeepers—they were always there with a smile and ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, and the minibar was stocked with water, wine, beer, snacks, soda, and juice. Best of all, they refilled it every morning for free! I couldn’t believe it when they told me, and they really did. When I checked in, there was a complementary bottle of champagne and some fruit, and they always left chocolate on my bed after I came back to the room and it was made. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do within walking distance. The staff were always happy to offer helpful advice, and the hotel arranged my transfers both to the property and to my next destination. A 10 out of 10—I’ll definitely stay here again. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel, location, or staff!
