Nole 1, is a 60m2 stylish and cozy apartment situated in the heart of Sorrento. It is just 500 meters from the train station, 400 meters from the lively city center, and a 10-minute walk from the main beaches of the town, and it can be considered the ideal starting point for exploring all the attractions of the Amalfi Coast.

This modern apartment, is located on the third floor of a building (with lift), surrounded by the greenery of beautiful park. Guests can benefit of a shared pool, open seasonally from June 15 to September 15, as well as a tennis court (at extra cost, equipment not supplied).

Nole 1, features modern and refined furnishings, with a predominance of blue shades that give an atmosphere of freshness and tranquility. The apartment consists of a spacious double bedroom equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables and a 55-inch smart TV.
In the bright and airy living room is found a comfortable double sofa bed, a second TV and there is the possibility of adding a single bed to comfortably accommodate a fifth guest.

The dining area, with an elegant round table, is perfect to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, including induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has also a furnished balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sip an evening aperitif admiring the view of Mt. Vesuvius and the beauty of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, iron and other amenities will ensure you have a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Rental rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
