Yet, upon returning home, guests can enjoy an elegant and private retreat above the bustling streets below.



The interiors are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, featuring designer details and authentic ceramics from Vietri and Sorrento that celebrate the region's artistic heritage. The welcoming, refined living room opens onto the panoramic terrace, creating a pleasant connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a comfortable dining area and offers spectacular views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.



The three bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for every guest. The main double bedroom features a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace; the second bedroom, with two single beds, enjoys beautiful views of Mount Vesuvius; and the third, furnished with a double sofa bed, overlooks the city. The apartment also features air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, bed linen, three towels per guest, and complimentary toiletries.

The entire apartment and terrace are reserved exclusively for guests. Check-in is carried out personally by our staff, who will be delighted to welcome you and provide useful information and recommendations for your stay. Arrival times must be arranged in advance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM incur an additional fee of €30, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM incur a fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.



The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and does not have private parking. Secure public parking facilities are available nearby, with indicative rates ranging from €25 to €36 per day. A valid identity document is required for every guest upon arrival for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities. The tourist tax applies from April to October and is €4 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights; guests under 18 are exempt. Payment is required in cash upon arrival.
