"We spend 3 nights at the Chateau and could not be happier. Its location is very convenient, between Utah and Omaha beaches, so it is an accessible and strategic base to visit Normandy. Within a few minutes, in Carentan-les-marais, the D-Day experience, restaurants and other small business make it a good option. But the best part is the chateau itself and its hosts, Cathy and Jacky. They put a great effort in making you feel comfortable and are very nice people, in order that you feel at home....

"What a charming bed and breakfast! This place was a museum in itself, over 300 years old with modern amenities. David and Alyson, the owners, were the perfect hosts. A delicious full breakfast was served every morning by Chef David and lovely Alyson. The rooms were given great detail to decor and very comfortable. We wanted for nothing. A memorable stay!"

"Just returned from a 6 day trip at this beautiful home. Christian and Barbara were wonderful hosts and extremely friendly. The house itself is very beautiful, spotlessly clean and furnished wonderfully. Gorgeous quiet location but near everything you would want to see in Normandy. On arrival we were shown around the house and were also provided with essentials such as milk, bread etc and a very nice bottle of local Cidre. Thank you for a wonderful stay,we were very sad to leave indeed."
