With sea views, the rural house 'Bns Casa La Prensa - Alpujarra' in Sorvilán is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property, approximately 170 m², consists of a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 people. The house features two terraces, one covered and one uncovered, excellently located 600 m above sea level, with a pleasant microclimate and fantastic views of the sea and mountains. In addition to the recently opened municipal pool, the beach is only 15 minutes away via a new road from 2024, and you are about 130 km from the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, known for its excellent beaches such as Mónsul or Los Genoveses.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours.
