"Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! "

Visitors can also enjoy a short walk to the heart of Narita and its beautiful temples, parks and restaurants. Very much enjoyed this pleasant city and its many charms."

"Very convenient for a stay near the airport. The free shuttle bus was easy to get to and from. Kind staff, and good breakfast! Everything we needed for a layover in Narita. The rooms were basic, but just fine!"
