Terrible. Steer clear

Broken down dilapidated house. Power went out the second day with no backup generator. No hot water the entire time. Only a few outlets work and the wi-fi only works in one area of the house. Smells like mildew. Refrigerator barely keeps your food cold enough to not spoil. Television has only 2 english channels. Pool was nice.

Cette annonce est une escroquerie totale et devrait être retirée de votre site afin de ne pas ternir votre image. Villa très belle vue de l'extérieur. Mais à l'intérieur rien d'annoncé n'est présent. Cuisine totalement inutilisable : frigo sans clayette, pas de gaz, pas de vaisselle, pas de machine à café, le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. La quasi intégralité des luminaires et des ventilateurs ne fonctionnent pas. Infime filet d'eau dans les douches, donc inutilisables. Pas de produits de toilette comme annoncés. Pas de de fer et planche à repasser, de lave et sèche linge comme annoncés. Les coffres forts mis à disposition sont verrouillés donc inutilisables. La piscine est sale et mal entretenue. Une porte d'accès à la villa est bloquée et ne peut être fermée donc n'importe qui peut rentrer et se servir. Propriétaire malhonnête et j'men foutiste. Il en va de même pour le gardien sur place. Bref, j'en passe et des meilleures.

Very comfortable

Great stay, awesome host and staff. Very quiet and relaxing. Food delivery available, rent a inexpensive car and access Sosua central in minutes. Very secure and comfortable.

Horrible. Common Thieves.

Owner is a thief. I paid for this apartment until the 26th of January. When I booked I assumed, like anyone would, that I have the entire apartment to myself. On the 16th of January, the owner texted me and told me that because I used a second bedroom that we have forfeited all our money and needed to pay more if we wanted to stay. That same day a gray haired couple from Canada arrived and were moved into our apartment. They tried to kick us out and sent their security who walks around everywhere with a SHOTGUN but they agreed to let us stay until we could book a flight out. The couple was nice but for 2 single guys who came down to carouse with women, it really ruined our stay. So, we lived with these strangers for 5 days. To recap, they tried kicking us out 10 DAYS early for no good reason and then moved in a senior couple to stay with us. He demanded we pay all of the money on the first day so there was really nothing we could do. If this sounds strange I can tell you it is 1000% true. DO NOT STAY HERE.
