Guest Friendly, Luxury , 4,000 sq. ft. villa in Residencial Hispaniola in Sosua with panoramic ocean views. Italian Style Villa with a bright open space design. Villa has 5 gorgeously appointed bedrooms with 5 baths and 8 beds. Free daily maid service plus:

- Walking distance beach, restaurants, clubs & casino
- A/C in each bedroom
- 40 foot private infinity pool & Jacuzzi
- Italian doors that open fully to expose the pool deck for true indoor/outdoor living
- 6 large TVs, Cable & Wifi
- Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, clubs & casino
- Panoramic ocean view from upper & lower level
- Optional Chef & Driver
- On call manager

Air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms is included at no charge and all electricity is free. You now have the option of adding AC in the living room during your stay. This is very rare for rentals in the area. You can decide and pay for it once you are on the ground. No advance payments are necessary and for most non-summer days it is not necessary. We offer it only as a convenience to our guests. Current cost is $25 per night.
