The villa is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5 star luxury villa. ANSV12 has an 8X4m out door heated pool with a aqua bed built in. The ground level sea views from this villa are truly amazing. Please note that as for all our properties poolheating is charged extra at euro35 per day.

Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colourful bars, restaurants and shops. With an abundance of secluded sandy bays Ayia Napa has recently been named the " sunny and sandy land ". Step away from the main night life area and take a closer look you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for even the fussiest visitor not to find something that will interest them. A great deal of money has been invested over the past few years in a major programme to revitalise the area. The results are amazing!! The entire harbour has been pedestrianised with cafes and fish-tavernas lining the front. A wooden walkway travels the length of the harbour and continues past it. At night, beautifully designed lights illuminate the area, setting the perfect scene for a romantic meal, a stroll along the harbour or just watching the moon float over the sea. Discover Ayia Napa. Villa Lavandel

Our 3rd time to Agia Thekla. Loved our stay at Lavander Villa. Very private villa with mature gardens and a lovely newly re-tiled Pool overlooking the sea. Villa is modern, clean and got the all important WI-FI for work and play. We would love to come back!

Pitch black on arrival- no outdoor lighting, no villa name or number. Dirty pool. Advertised as 5* modern technology - total lie, substandard & malfunctioning technology. Extremely poorly equipped for self catering, lots of pans but nothing to use to cook in the oven, lack of so much basic essential items required for self catering villa. Totally lacked care & attention to cleanliness or readiness to receive guests. Expensive & substandard. Completely misrepresented visually on website. Beautiful location, beautiful quiet beaches close by, 2 lovely restaurants nearby. All this poorly let down by lack of care or forethought, has the potential to be a gem of a villa, but not looked at through eyes of a guest, only interested in earning money!!! Such a shame.

We loved the villa in general and the views were fantastic, There is a sharp corner in the pool that is a bit dangerous, we thought this should be a curved or rounded off. The key removal system switches off the dishwasher so you can’t go out and put it on. The AC needs topping up with Gas as some units don’t blow cold.
