"The breakfast was great, the one thing I would say is I do love roots, vegetables, etc, and the produce could have been fresher and more numerous. Especially when there's so much tzatziki, hummus etc to eat it with I never tried the laundry. The staff were all pleasant and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Everything was great — the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the town center. The only small issue was the mattress, which felt a bit too soft or maybe a bit old. Apart from that, everything else was excellent — a solid 5 out of 5 experience!"
