"The apartment was spacious and just beautiful. Everything we wanted in a place to stay. Close to pool and beach. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Gina was an amazing host. She always answered promptly and took care of any needs we had. One of the 3 showers was not working which caused a little delay in getting ready after the beach with our family of 6. That was the only flaw. Other than that we highly recommend this place and would definitely rebook. "

"pretty spacious, nice and clean. Nice seating lounge outside with large plants and colorful prints by each door, many sofas, tables and chairs. Clothes lines to dry your clothes. Doors are locked and have a key entry for the safety of guests. Apartment has A/C, gas stove, all the chairs, table, couch, plenty of dishes and cutlery. The owner Patricia is a very nice and polite lady - every time was asking if we need anything, She also has a restaurant downstairs - a chance to try all the local...

"Worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy soiled matress. A/c just acted as fan. Cooker not working. Mice droppings. Daipers used as mats and table cloths. Nylon sheets. Terrible acces road. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s very clean and quiet. The manager is really helpful. She helped us a lot. They also rent cars which is a great plus. You definitely need to rent a vehicle to move around if you’re staying at this resort. "

"Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "

"The loft is perfectly situated to enjoy Punda and the Otrobanda. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and a small beach. Taxis are readily available after a 5 minute walk. Parking is convenient. The flat itself is perfect for two."
