"We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet which is not bad . This nh hotel is also near “Calle Laurel”’where all the tapas bars of Longroño are located. "
"This property indicated that is has laundry facilities, however, there were NO washing machines or dryers available according to Gonzalo at the front desk. He was very rude about it denying that their listing said anything about having a washing machine at all!"
"Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk.
Parking was unavailable, which is understandable since we hadn’t reserved it in advance. However, several other basic service issues stood out. The room lacked simple essentials like a pen, and when I requested one at the front desk, I was told I’d need to return it afterward, which felt unnecessarily rigid.
Later, I went to what appeared to be a bar, clearly stocked with liquor bottles, only to find it unstaffed. After returning to the front desk to ask for a glass of wine, I was told it “wasn’t a bar” but rather the breakfast area, despite the visible bottles of alcohol. After some hesitation, the front desk agent eventually came over and produced a bottle of wine.
Overall, the experience fell short. While the room itself was acceptable, it was noticeably dated, and the lack of staffing and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating rather than enjoyable."
"Nice friendly hotel good breakfast rooms ok but nowhere to sit. There was a table but no seating so not possible to use it as a desk or laptop table also rooms very small. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. "
