Un seul appartement au RDC de la maison du propriétaire. Tout confort, 2 SDB avec WC... Tout le linge est fourni.... Vous pouvez y aller sans réticence. Accueil sympathique avec produit locaux.... Pas de vis à vis, stationnement dans la cour privative. Idéalement situé pour les plages du Sud Corse : La Rondinara et Santa Ghiulia à quelques kilomètres..

Propriétaires très gentil et accueillants, appartement très propre et fonctionnel, extérieurs agréables pour manger dehors, environnement très joli et calme. Les moustiquaires et la climatisation ont été très appréciés :) Tout était très bien ! Seul petit bémol, des chiens voisins qui aboient toute la journée et même la nuit...

M et MME GAVINI sont très accueillants et très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur accueil lors de notre arrivée et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto-vecchio, les plages (Santa Giulia à 15/20 minutes en voiture), Bonifacio, Propriano et se trouve également proche des commerces. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien aménagé avec 1 salle de bain/WC et une douche/WC, 2 chambres, 1 séjour/cuisine, 2 terrasses et surtout la climatisation. Nous vous recommandons ce logement idéal pour visiter le sud de la corse.

Fantastica!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero perfetta per noi: la casa è deliziosa, immersa nella natura, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. E' dotata di di tutto ciò che serve (credo di non aver mai trovato così tante dotazioni in una casa vacanza, dalla cucina, agli ombrelloni...) e gli host sono squisiti: gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura si trova a 15 minuti da diverse spiagge belle e adatte ai bambini, a mezz'ora circa da Bonifacio e 20 minuti da Porto vecchio (due cittadine davvero pittoresche), a portata inoltre di escursioni all'interno dell'isola che non abbiamo avuto tempo di fare ma per cui torneremo sicuramente. Location consigliatissima! Un grazie di cuore agli host per la meravigliosa ospitalità.

Vacances découverte sud corse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mr et Mme GAVINI. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais très réactifs si besoin. La location est conforme aux photos. Elle est très bien située, proche de toutes les plages et curiosités alentours (Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, cascades, Sartene,….). Les deux espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Dans le petit village de Sotta, vous trouverez supérette, boulangerie, boutique produits corses, distributeur, restaurants …. Très belle adresse pour découvrir la corse du sud.

Une semaine au calme en plein mois d'août

Acceuil sympathique des hôtes, discrets mais toujours de bons conseils et très agréables. Logement idéalement situé pour qui veut devouvrir le sud de la corse ses plages ses rivières et ses montagnes tout en restant loin du tumulte et sans faire de trajets trop longs. Tout simplement parfait.

Comme il y a 4 ans déjà, nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. Il est idéalement placé. Nous sommes bien accueillis par M. et Mme Gavini. Literie et espace de vie confortable (2 terrasses, 2 salles de bain et WC, climatisation). A l'écart de la foule, car maison dans les montagnes mais Porto Vecchio et les principales plages accessibles en 20 min.

Très bien située et très confortable

Cette maison est très bien équipée avec ses 2 terrasses et elle est très confortable sans vis à vis au calme. Idéalement située pour profiter de l'alta Rocca, des magnifiques plages de Porto Vecchio et de Bonifacio. Les propriétaires sont sympathique et attentionnés.
