"The property has the most amazing view of the Pitons. Relaxing in the infinity pool in the afternoon and evening and looking at the Pitons was so amazing. The property itself is a little old and rundown, but taking care of very well and very well maintained.. if you’re looking for a true Caribbean experience and not just staying in an all-inclusive place like sandals than this is definitely the place for you. If I ever go back to St. Lucia again, I would go to this resort every time the staff and the owner were so friendly.. like I said if you want a real Caribbean experience this resort and the town of Soufrière is where you wanna be."

"The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service or if we were in the restaurant. Drinks would take 30 min also. Wedding was PERFECT! Every detail was taken care of and we are so glad we chose here for it! Over all, the week was good! Just minor things that need to be improved on."

"We stayed in the Upper Temple Suite, which was huge and had a lovely view of the Pitons and trees buzzing with hummingbirds from the balcony/patio. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The Chocolate Making experience was wonderful and better than expected. The best part was the ability to walk down the road to Anse Chastanet beach any time for free snorkeling and swimming. Caveat: the rooms are NOT soundproof. It was a small, intimate setting, and we preferred the quiet and privacy over larger, busier resorts."

"Wow, I have no words. The most amazing staff and stay I could’ve asked for. The location is more local than anything so if nightlife is a priority to you know you must travel about an hour away to Castries but it wasn’t for me so I was absolutely more than satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much samfi gardens and st lucia for an amazing trip."

"I take great care in doing my research before booking each vacation and I had high expectations for this resort. I am happy to say all expectations were absolutely exceeded! This is an astonishingly beautiful and unique spot to stay. Every single staff member was amazingly gracious and welcoming, we enjoyed the food and absolutely loved this stay. The resort attracts very interesting guests and would highly recommend booking the excursions. Prices are reasonable and the drivers are excellent…roads are not for the faint of heart!’ Truly a beautiful island and resort is in the heart of it in every way. Highlight for us was doing the Gros Piton hike, we are in our mid fifties and although a challenge, loved every minute of it (although next day definitely a beach/snorkel/recovery day!) We also really enjoyed the low key yet very talented nightly entertainment, excellent way to end the day! So very thankful to have spent five nights here, cannot wait to to return!"
