"Let me begin with a word to first-time foreign visitors to the French Pyrenees. This region was never one of the wealthier areas of France. So if you are looking for accommodation suitable for a Russian oligarch on the Côté dAzure, this is not your place. What one finds here is good, comfortable, honest housing close to unspoiled nature. "Welcoming and helpful host......we were a group of 6 adults and the property worked well for us.....some went cycling and some went walking.....the local environment worked for both groups......very quiet and private.....lovely pool and views.....we were very happy with our stay and would come again."

"We had a great time at this property in a picturesque setting. The owner was very kind and accommodating and even brought us vegetabloes from a farmer neighbor. The little house was well appointed and decorated with taste. I was worried about the heat as we went to gan during a heat wave but the nights were cool and did not bother our sleep."

"Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans la maison de Jack. La piscine est un rêve. La maison est grande et permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des couteaux qui coupent ! Le jardin est beau, grand et bien entretenu. Avec en plus, un hôte fort sympathique et réactif. "

"The property, the views and the host were simply superb. It's the perfect location for just sitting and staring out over the valley below to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in the distance OR as a base camp for great bike rides, hikes and marché hopping. The only warning, applicable mainly to US visitors, is that you are expected to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Highly recommend; we hope to return soon!"

The care and thoughtfulness of the hosts - Ghada and Aimee - were exceptional. This home was everything we hoped for and more. Wonderful memories were made here in our first visit to the Pyrenees."

"Nous avons loué ce gite en famille car nous avions un mariage pas loin. L'accueil avec les propriétaire fut excellent. J'avais beaucoup de questions et Madame Carmouze s'est rendue entièrement disponible pour répondre à mes questions en amont ; elle nous a même trouvé une dame pour garder notre fils ! La maison est très spacieuse pour une grande famille ; c'est idéal. Nous avons tous très bien dormi (les volets sont bien occultant et la maison reste fraiche). Un grand merci pour votre accueil !"
