"I was in room 219. On check out I did report the a/c was too humid everything was sweating. Also the toliet rocked. Overall it was good. Breakfast was good. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was 6-8 am & was awful. TV was terrible. Unable to get any TV channels without rebooting the TV. Even after rebooting it was a challenge to get to the channels. What channels we finally got were out of Dallas so no local news or weather. Fire alarms went off early morning & local fire officials including the fire Marshall had to come in our room. This happened multiple times that morning. We left as the noise & chaos were too much. Elevator was slow & bumpy..floor...

"Very outdated. Springs were visible on mattress. Open man hole in front of property uncovered with huge opening hole was full of water. Very easy for child or anyone to fall into. Very dangerous!!!Unexposed wire boxes in front of hotel. Very dated lines. No mattress encasements."

"Liked , it was clean for the most part . BROKEN .... hot tub , telephone , door handle / key card ac was preset in room , it would shut on and off every few min , it wasn't a consistent air flow . the halls and lobby felt like no ac at all , it was very moldy smelly and extremely HOT THE POOL WAS FILTHY THE room didnt get cleaned while we were out , supposedly we were to ask for a clean room and new fresh towels. we checked out a day early .. we wont be back . and so disappointed that...
