"This hotel, situated on a square in the centre of town is extremely well placed to give access to Bergerac’s old town with its many restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly, going out of their way to give helpful advice and tips. "

"The Originals City, Hotel Regina offers a reasonably priced, clean and enjoyable stay. The breakfasts are generous, the bathroom was newly fitted with a large bath, the staff are friendly. The only problem is poor wifi reception."

"Lovely hotel, Great location less than 2miles from Bergerac Airport. Gentleman on reception Welcoming, Friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed (spoke perfect English also). We had two Superior Themed Rooms which were beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with one of the rooms previous guest smoking in. Gentleman on reception sorted it out straight away, offering us two other rooms to choose from and was more than apologetic and helpful. Board Game themed rooms which were really well decorated. Restaurant conveniently located right next to the Hotel, which was also beautifully decorated, food lovely and staff friendly. Will 100% stay again if we are ever back in the area."

"Spent one night as a stopover to visit some of the prehistoric caves near Les Eyzies. The property was clean and good for a night’s stay. We appreciated having off-street, secured parking. Owner was exceptionally helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall, a good stay!"

"Hotel is kinda cute. cardboard walls. You can hear everything from the other rooms including the toilet part. Staff is extremely ignorant. They do not have the caliber of hôtel to support their attitude. Simply avoid that place. Not worth it. "

"We had a truly wonderful week in this property. In particular the facilities were exceptional - a full sized tennis court with plenty of rackets and balls, a clean, beautiful pool with ample sun loungers, table tennis, bikes, we were kept busy! Also the kitchen was superbly equipped for large groups with three fridges, all the utensils you could ever need, and multiple dining spaces inside and out. Sandra and Thierry were extremely accommodating and friendly, and responded quickly and generously to any of our requests. Our only minor issues were with the slightly unconventional distribution of beds and toilets but we made it work. Also we had a one year old with us so we struggled slightly with all the steps around the house but again we made it work and accepted this as a part of an old property's charm. Overall we were blown away by the beauty of the place and could not fault the owners or our general experience of VRBO. Thanks so much, we'll be back!"
