"This hotel is sooooo clean. The rooms are lovely. THe staff are very friendly. I did ask for a kettle, given to me straight away. The prices in the bar are very good. Breakfast is plentiful. We walked to the Suke with ease. Pleasant walk downhill and along the prom to some great restaurants. Easy to hop into a cab outside the hotel. They also stop along the road to offer you lifts anywhere you wish to go. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"Nice beachfront location on Agadir's superb beach and 6km and very wide boardwalk (great for running, cycling, walking). Friendly and helpful staff but not super well organised. 3.5/5 as facilities are getting a little tired. Main issue with service relating to queuing at bars, temperamental experience with self service drinks areas. "The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...

"The area around the property is under construction. The staff cannot handle requests and complaints seriously. the breakfast does not meet the value of the service. Also, air conditioning is very bad in most of the rooms. "

"This is the 3rd year I have stayed at this hotel. The twin room was large with sea view. I had the breakfast which was a vast improvement on last year with an omelette chef. I will be going back next year!"
