The images does not represent the facility. The pool very small on the second floor and very hard to get to. the private beach advertised is actually part of a cafe and does not extend to the beach, you also have to rent the chairs and umbrella. The Spa, Hammam, Gym, pool bar…. all shut down not open for business. The best one is the sandy island on the website next to the hotel, it is actually a 15 min walk from the hotel and it is a rocks large bolder island with no palms…. The hotel parking is actually open to all and it is located behind the hotel on the beach and extremely dirty. All in all I am disappointed in the Hotel and Expedia for not verifying this location.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property was cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Great location for the beach My only moan would be the breakfast not a great selection of quality food but it was edible.

A fuir!!! Salle de bain insalubre, clim fatigué le quartier tres bruyant l Petit dejeuner vraiment peu de choix et viennoisserie pas du jour l'eau de la piscine tres sale et pas du tout entretenu la plage plutot jolie en bref si vous voulais passer de bonne vacance eviter cette hotel!!

jai sejourne dans cet hôtel du 23 juillet pour 4 nuit la clim fonctionne pas donc ca tend le sejourne fatiguant il faisait tres chaud j'étais au 3 eme etage chambre 320 le téléphone de la chambre hors service la télé une seule chaîne fonctionne mal mais aucune autre chaîne le temps d attente d un plat hyper long hier apres midi je commande un plat a la serveuse le receptionniste vient me voir a ma table en me disant le temps d attente sera une demie heure puis finalement c'était une heure d attente jai annulé et hier soir je demande un plat non épicé je le dis au serveur qui le dit a la serveuse on m amener mon plat épicé donc cette nuit jai ete malade heureusement que je ai dormis une nuit ailleurs pour pouvoir mieux dormir et avoir la clim parceque a lhotel dteams beach ca fonctionne pas hier apres midi je voulais payer le plat de la vieille et boisson leurs machine a carte bleue fonctionne pas y a toujours un truc qui va pas je le déconseillé forcément cest une HONTE ET CA SE DOT 3 ETOILES

Le personnel a toujours été gentil et serviable par contre il faut revoir ce qui est mentionné dans les services sur Expedia,car le service Navette aéroport hôtel n'existe pas , heureusement le patron nous a mis en contact avec un taxi pour le retour ça nous a éviter de payer trop cher car les taxis de l'aéroport ce font plaisir avec les touristes.

Très très bien !

Nous recommandons vivement cette hôtel : très bien situé, très joli, propre, une piscine extérieur magnifique, un bar restaurant panoramique avec vue sur la mère. Les chambres sont confortables et très jolie. Personnel très souriant, accueillant et très arrangeant. Nuitée très agréable.
