END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €150 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A contribution to the expenses of €25/week or short stay will be requested between MID-OCTOBER and MID-JUNE included.
A cleaning deposit of €150 will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.

A notre arrivée : deux serrures HS

Dédomagement 150 euros agence et ménage offert. Le lave linge en panne nous a été très désagréable avec un bébé. Ainsi que la présence des produits chimiques de deshumidification ayant coulé au sol pour un bébé. Ainsi que la sécurité électrique digne d'un logement insalubre. L'état des lieux que l'agence nous a demandé de remplir nous même mentionnait de nombreux éléments absents, notamment ventilateurs. Beaucoup d'inquiétude avec deux cautions , 800 euros et 150 euros ménage. S'agit_il d'une escroquerie? Les manquements de notre loueur à notre arrivée vont-ils nous être facturés à la fin?
