"We've been coming to Algonquin every November, for over 20 years, to celebrate my wife's birthday. We always spend a lot of time in the east end of the park, so this year we decided to look for a place to stay in Whitney. This property looked absolutely perfect for what we needed (and more)!Lots to places to sleep and super comfortable beds. A large kitchen with everything you need for making meals. A very cozy living room space for relaxing after a day of hiking the trails! And the most important part of all...a nice, big wood stove with plenty of wood in the wood shed!This place was absolutely perfect in every way and I know we'll be back again next year (and for many years to come); it quickly became our family's favorite place to stay when coming up to the park!The hosts were amazing, even going that extra step and putting out birthday decorations, and a bottle of wine, for when we arrived. Communication was awesome from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our time there (including a park pass)!We had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely be back again next year!"

We came as three families (four adults and kids ages 13–16), and the cottages were perfect for us—clean, comfortable, and with plenty of space to hang out together while still giving everyone room to spread out.The kitchens and amenities had everything we needed, which made group meals easy and fun. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side this trip, there was still lots to do and the kids had a great time. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy yourself no matter what.The host is fantastic—always quick to respond and checking in to make sure everything is going well.
