"Fairly new hotel, so the bar is not really function nor is the restaurant that is advertised. However, I did enjoy the free wine and beer offered as an alternative. Parking was easy, I had the option of valet or self park. The elevators go right to the garage. The room was nice had a balcony but no view. Pretty decent overall. "

"We stayed at the property because of the positive reviews but now I’m thinking they might be fake. I wanted to celebrate in Austin with my wife and have a nice dinner downtown, as she was getting ready she found out the shower didn’t have hot water. I went to the reception desk to see what the problem was the response was that I was out of luck, that the entire second floor shares the same water heater and that probably everyone was taking a shower at the same time (this was at 10pm so I found that answer hard to believe) I asked if there was a way to solve this issue, and the response was that I was in room 205 and that the water also had to travel a long way so there was nothing that can be done. I find it hard to believe that for a hotel that claims to be a small Luxury hotel couldn’t even provide hot water to take a shower, stay somewhere else, you have been warned!"

"Room is convenient and clean. Building and inside are not maintained well. The elevator is smelly."

"Its not so much the hotel. We booked the embassy suites and when we fot there, we're told they overbooked and we did t have rooms! Shunted to Hilton, in a less than desirable neighborhood. Hilton was ok, but no where near we booked. 30 minaway."
