"Property is in good location thats only one benefit, overall Property is average. Staff is not friendly and helping, I did complained my room phone not working, they didn't fixed, asked to clean the room that was also not done, got hurt by bed rord which came outside of bed, asked to fix that, they didn't came."

"We had an exceptional stay! The condo was meticulously cleaned, well decorated, and comfortable. Mary met us at check-in and gave us a wonderful rundown of the town. We spent a ton of time on the balcony, enjoying the view. We really appreciated the beach supplies. We forgot beach toys for our 6 year and everything we needed was available. The beach cart was especially useful! I don’t have a single complaint and will definitely be coming back for another visit!"

"Sea Spray was a great property. Very close to the beach. The kitchen, dining room and living room combo was large enough for all of us (21 in total!) to gather and enjoy one another without impeding on each other’s conversations."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at Tybee! The Condo is right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and seeing dolphins while swimming was the best. So many fun things to do here. Also, beautiful downtown Savannah is only 20 minutes away. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. The property was perfect for a family of 4 with every amenity we are accustomed to at home! Will definitely come back!"
