"The property was beautiful. Clean and modern with a gorgeous view. Check-in was easy, and we had champagne upon arrival. The room was spacious, and I loved the decor and all the small touches. We also utilized the on-site sauna, which was amazing. We walked downtown and enjoyed the restaurants, as well as a farmers' market. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. "

"This was our second time staying here. Love that there’s a path to the beach right next to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Upper floor has ocean views, lower rooms look out onto a grassy area that the deer hang out in in the mornings, so either way, it’s a view. Close to everything (Scoopers for the best ice cream and Marsh’s Museum). Really reasonable prices and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend."

"The room was very nice with lots of room. The bathroom was large clean. Liked very much. Disappointing they didn't have coffee in the morning as we were told when we checked in. The person said they ran out the day before. "

"We were in the back in a queen and had an amazing view of the bridge. Bed and bath clean--the place was quiet. A few transient people were walking through the area. We both noted the floor was not level, but it was not a big deal. We watched ships and the sunrise just outside of our room--the window was good; but it was more satisfying to watch from outside our door. Dinner at the Rogue brewery pub was great and a trip across the Colombia to Cape Disappointment was lovely. Astoria is a fantastic place to visit and not too shabby on a budget."
