"Problem with the cleanliness. Hoping it was just a huge oversight or miscommunication between management and Housekeeping . I do think it was an oversight, and my situation is not of the norm. Still disappointed ss had to cut trip short by 3 days due to allergens in the Apt. I don't want to be that one person that trashes this resort. I think it was bad luck."

"The resort was clean, and the parking was excellent. Our only complaint was that the hallways were very hot and the air conditioning in our room was turned off when we arrived. We understand the desire to conserve electricity, but it took several hours for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Having the AC set to a moderate temperature before guests arrive would greatly improve the check-in experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future."

"Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim) Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going...
