"I was in town for a wedding I was traveling with My dad that is very sick with cancer .I called the hotel a few times talk to the desk and also sent email to the hotel that I would need early check in and due to the fact my dad is on oxygen and has other health issue I need to confirm what time I could get in the room . I was told they could let me check in early and I should call the morning of check in . I talked to the desk that morning ( call number 4 and 3 emails...

"The surrounding"

"Really nothing much to say here, other than we got a room with the beds we needed but this hotel needs to just be demolished and rebuilt. Filthy lobby, floors, disgustingly OLD room, tvs didn’t work, food was gross, i could go on. There’s absolutely no reason this hotel should be charging $165 per night for this, at least my family really loved our time together and didn’t care what the hotel looked like, but never again will I trust a LaQuinta - they are the worst of the worst."

"The staff was great, the location was room was clean, water pressure was excellent and hot, air conditioning was good, breakfast good. The location to the many museums and Central Park was wonderful. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable."

"I saw staff kids hanging out there most of aqthe time. Why? I see thr other is sub renting to o²ther activities versus guest only. Many people appear there that should not be there walking around, including parking lot."
