"This property is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage is 3kms from the main road, through a beautiful mature forest. The road is very well maintained. The cottage sits up on a small hill from the river/ lake, providing breathtaking views of the water. We were pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to use a paddle boat, so easy to operate, great for all ages! Beds were comfy and had appropriate mattress and pillow covers, and very comfortable cotton bedding. Kitchen had lits of cookware, spices, cuttlery, etc. Nearby community of Caledonia, has a small grocery store and Home Wardware. Owners were very easy to reach and pleasant. We want yo come again! If you want to unplug and rejuvenate, this is your spot."

"The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. BBQ was clean and ready for use. Waking up to the sound of a loon and having your morning coffee so close to the lake was amazing. The Owner made sure our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend others to come and see for yourself. Beautiful lake views from large deck livingroom and dining room.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve 8 of us.We loved being on the lake in kayaks, canoe, and paddle board. Glad we wore our river shoes.House allows for gathering together as weell as having private time iin lovely spaces."
