"Absolutely first class. When we checked in they ask me what the occasion was for our visit. We were getting away to celebrate our 25th anniversary. When we came back from dinner there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Everything is SO ELEGANT! The staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Ballantyne never disappoints!!!"
