"The hotel is truly a 5+ star resort. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms more comfortable than I could imagine and the staff was so helpful friendly, and accommodating. I can not praise this property more and anytime my travels take me to Guilin this wull be the only hotel I will stay in. There is 2 restaurants 1 very comfortable and large bar a pools and absolutely beautiful grounds to stroll along with the peacocks that accompany you. They also have a travel agency on the premises that can quickly and bery economically provide you with transportation needs and sights you wish to see. I just cant say enough what a great time I had there abd the staff made it all possible"

"AMAZING! The property is new and clean. Amenities are plentiful and enjoyable. Whatever you may think of needing for a pleasant stay, they already have them ready in the room waiting for you and minibar is inclusive. I went for walk after checking in and coming back with some nice treat. Strongly recommended executive level for the great value. And don't forget the river view! The staff are very kind. I checked out for a very early flight and was offered some pre-packed breakfast (didn't take as I don't really need, though). It's a great staycation destination on its own if you're in the area. It's a shame I couldn't stay a bit longer. If I'm ever back to the city, it's definitely my one and only choice"

"Good stay overall. Not exactly a 5 star experience but still one of the nicer hotels in the area. Reception is messy, coffee was not included in the breakfast, flimsy toilets (bidet that is not intuitive), very hot in the breakfast area during our stay (AC was not on). However, the room was spacious, comfortable and with a nice view."

"Unreal hotel, we paid for airport pick up and they were on time and car was nice. They did shuttles to the west gate of national park which was super helpful as nonscheduled just as and when you ask We had breakfast and lunch in hotel it was lovely Heated infinity pool which was unreal Room was beautiful it was like log cabin but so so spacious They had activities on too, we spent an hour with a tea master having tea & did the shortbread biscuit making just to have a little rest and it just felt so special. Really recommend here, 10/15 min shuttle to west gate too and they help sort tickets when you’re there! Compliments to rain and his staff! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."
