"The place was perfect for what we needed. It's right next to Pepe's and Giovanni's, two of my favorite Cumberland restaurants. It was also just 22 minutes from State Park Marina. You can hear everything from every room; we all went to bed and woke up at the same time, so it didn't bother us. I also loved the AC units in each room."

Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. With the local pub, coffee shop and pizza place we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay while in the area this is a must.
