"I don know about ghosts but there were unexpected angels at the Mizpah Hotel I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and no one stopping—just me and my dog, Oliver, walking alone. Thankfully, a kind stranger picked us up and dropped us at the Mizpah Hotel, where Kate at the front desk immediately saw how shaken I was. She gave Oliver water and treats, helped me contact AAA, and made us feel completely safe and cared for. After more travel mishaps, I finally made it back to the hotel at 12:30 AM—Kate was still there, still kind, and still going above and beyond. This hotel is not only beautiful and historic, but it’s full of heart. Lesson learned: Never pass a gas station in Nevada without topping off! And if you’re ever in Tonopah, stay at the Mizpah."

"I had a wonderful stay at the property. Jen, Nigel & Paul we're great. It was nice to hang out and just talk to the owners. The room was comfortable, happy it has its own bathroom. The peacocks are beautiful, the pool needs a little love, other than that, i would like to stay and visit again. "
