The Shuttle Service was fantastic, friendly, understanding, and accommodating; always going that extra mile. Special mention to Shuttle Driver James. The entire experience. "This was the first hotel we stayed at during our trip. We loved it. Went to another hotel (wanted a jacuzzi, sadly not avaliable at this location) we left that hotel the next day and came right back here! Service was great, hotel was clean and up to date. Felt safe and comfortable. Shower was spacious and bed was comfortable. We are planning another trip and will be staying here again! Only wishes was that there was a room with a jacuzzi and/or a hot tub as well as a bigger pool. Still very much enjoyed our stay and happy to book again!"

"It was literally the best hotel ive ever been too! The beds were AMAZING, it had big tvs wich is an absolute MUST for me and the bathroom..omg the bathroom. It was PERFECTLY done and my family and I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub . Literally tge onlyyy thing i didn’t like was that they allow smoking but other than that everything was absolutely perfect "

"The staff were great! The food was good! The building is dated. Guest had carry out food and it sat in the halls for 2 days. We stayed 2 nights. We didnt get new towels. We had to call down to the front desk. Also our room wasnt cleaned. The cookie is always a great treat!"
