"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. "Location and access to the sea and old town Dubrovnik were the highlights!! Hotel was stunning, but rooms have been one very small since we last stayed there ! First room had a bathtub with a shower, and we requested a change which was accommodates . The second room was slightly more spacious and had walk in shower."
