"What a lovely apartment, lovely hosts and an optimal location. It is easy to walk to Cavtat, take a bus to Dubrovnik or drive to Split, Mostar or Montenegro. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Croatia."

"Excellent place to stay just a few minutes walk to the old town. Just be aware, there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get down to the old town and back. Communication with our host was very good. We arrived late in the evening and walked straight into our apartment after a simple WhatsApp message whilst we were on our way from the airport. "The room while a shade small was very comfortable with a great in bath shower. Lovely lotions and potions mounted on the wall and full at all times. Good stock of towels. The hotel itself is well run very spacious. The pools have sea water which is a wonderful addition. My only criticism would be the buffet. Next time I come I will bring the chefs a canister of salt and pepper! Every item was made to look perfect but almost everything on the evening buffet was tasteless. Pity, as the offering is very generous and a great variety. For example, each evening risotto was offered, it looked great but seemed like rice boiled in plain unsalted water. Staff at all times were very polite and professional and very well presented. The addition of recycled footwear is a unique approach. Bravo Check in was swift and efficient and we were assigned 601. Lovely quiet room at the end of a corridor. The sea views are amazing. I had to google if we could drink the water from the taps. A small note to say this would have been appreciated as no bottled water was provided. Also an undersell in relation to the spa. No information was given. A big shout to to Fernando that served us at breakfast. He was very courteous and professional! Thank you to the team for a really lovely stay. I look forward to returning."

"The over management of the elevators ie not allowing a guest to go to a floor other than their own was bizarre and over the top. Incredible breakfast buffet. Coffee so so. The rooms with the balcony view were nice. Wall thin as we could hear our Neighbors. Hallways a bit claustrophobic w very low ceiling. For serious lap swimmers, the largest pool over seen at a hotel ( 30 m). Access to the sea. Front desk staff pleasant. We were there in late April to before the summer crowds."

"If you are booking this hotel solely for the location, you won’t be disappointed—it sits right on beautiful Lapad Bay. The staff are also absolute gems; everyone we encountered was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff, in particular, deserve a medal. They work incredibly hard to keep the linen, towels, and rooms as clean as humanly possible, but they are fighting a losing battle. You simply cannot clean "old." The carpets are heavily stained and need a complete replacement, and the showers are severely outdated and desperately need to be ripped out and replaced. The physical state of this property is completely run down and unmaintained. There is no lift, so be prepared for all stairs—depending on your room, you could potentially be hauling your heavy suitcases up six grueling flights of stairs with zero assistance. On a positive note, once you finally drag yourself to the room, the mattress is surprisingly comfortable, and the smart TV with working Netflix was a great touch for winding down in the evening. To the owners: stop relying entirely on your amazing location and hard-working staff to carry this business. You need to either knock this building down and rebuild, or shut it down for a massive modernisation. Pros: Fantastic Lapad Bay location, wonderfully friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great smart TV/Netflix. Cons: No lift (6 flights of stairs), stained carpets, outdated showers, entirely unmaintained."
