It is over expectation. The owner is very nice and friendly person. He has communicated with me before the trip and answered my questions quickly. The tent is pretty big exceeding our imagination. We have free dinner and lunch, even morning camel ride to see sun rise. They were not included in original price. Everyone is happy with the accommodations.

Wow wow wow, what a gem. Wish we had stayed here more than one night! Beautiful hotel, incredible attention to detail. And the manager, Enrique, was so kind and helpful. We hope to return!

Our stay in hassilabiad appart hotel was a great stay the only placed we felt home and surrounded by Familly and friends , we felt very welcomed by every one and we had a great food we try a variety of food and some desert and local speciality , the location was close to every things and we walked to the sand dunes and to the oases where local mad their vegetables and every things was organic , we learned a lot about the irrigation system in the desert and how they can find water in the desert ,...

What an incredible experience this was. Hafid and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The setting was spectacular and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The drum circle was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed learning about the culture. A once in a lifetime experience.

It was difficult to locate the property and there are no signs to direct to the property. Once inside, The Kasbah is fantastic surrounded by fruit and olive trees! The dinner was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room is very well equipped including a wood burning fire place!

Words cannot describe the magical experience of staying in this luxury tent camp. Riad Aicha was a very good choice we made in terms of location, room, breakfast and the staff of the hotel. If we go to Merzouga, we will again stay in Riad Aicha!

This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. This place is magical.

The service at this camp is beyond excellent and the service of staff member Hamed is exceptional. My wife and I stayed at this camp on the 27-28 January, 2025. We rode the camel to the camp (separate price $25 euros) and we stopped for about an hour on the dunes to see the sunset.
