"Our group stays at this property every year during Mother’s Day weekend, but this visit was far below expectations. We were first assigned a room that did not match our reservation, forcing us to move after check‑in. While at the pool, we were repeatedly approached and reprimanded about having drinks in the water. After years of visiting this property, this is the first time we have ever encountered this issue. The situation escalated into constant monitoring and unnecessary harassment from security. Even our waitress—who was kind and attentive—expressed confusion about the treatment we received. We had nearly 30 guests booked for the weekend, and unfortunately, none of us will be returning. The level of strictness over a drink, especially when many resorts offer swim‑up bars, was unreasonable. Quite frankly, the focus would be better placed on addressing the number of people who openly urinate in the pool rather than policing a possible vodka tonic. Our stay was overshadowed by this experience, and the attempt to “make it right” by handing out ice cream scoop tokens only highlighted how poorly the situation was handled."

"Stayed at the Meridian Hotel in Miami and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, and had such a relaxing vibe. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional — they made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect too, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The atmosphere gave luxury without feeling overwhelming. One of my favorite parts was how attentive and accommodating everyone was throughout my stay. You can tell they truly care about guest experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami looking for a classy, comfortable, and memorable stay. 10/10 experience!"

"The only knock I have against this place is the valet parking it’s a bit pricey to begin with but the oversize vehicle policy is overly vague. I got hit with an additional $25 because I drive a truck not even a full-size truck I drive a midsize pickup but their policy is if it’s a truck it’s oversized."
