"Checking in was an issue that did get fixed but only after trying to charge me an extra $100 didn’t work out for the inn keeper. Online check out time is stated at 11:00AM. But at 10:30AM the Inn keeper was pounding on my door to check out. Online it stated 11:00 but at the motel it stated 10:30. Something they clearly need to fix."

"Cleaning wasn't great. Our tub had shoe marks all over. Sheets were not the cleanest and there was no fitted sheet on mattress which was a bit weird but maybe is not a big deal to most. Comforter was pretty rough and the bed itself was pretty noisy, couldn't really move around without hearing all the springs. Man at front desk was not the friendliest but got us checked in and out appropriately. Had smart tv and working ac/heater and windows had shutters which I really liked, so that was nice."

"I love the smoking room aspect. However, the room itself wasn’t as preserved as it should be. The wall outlets are all broken & coming out of the wall. The fridge was knowingly not working. All my groceries spoiled. I went to the front desk to tell them and princess jasmine just looked at me and nodded her head like…yeah, and!? This is a room for prisoners or prostitutes. Not for humane people or families."

"Very unorganized, rude, no customer service skills or hospitality. Outdated check-in system. They dont have a list or computer to show my booking. Then asked to give a $30 dollar Cash only deposit for room and remote and gave no receipt of deposit. Stayed 2 nights and you have reactivate room key every night which is an inconvenience. Then next morning they had a call for a stolen vehicle and cops were there in the morning. Then when it was finally checkout time. They were trying to cheat us out...

"It was a very nice experience checking in and out of the room and the room was very clean The breakfast was very delicious and look forward to coming back to this hotel"

"Excellent"

"Habitación limpia y buena ubicación"

"Only suggestion I would recommend is some type of air freshener in the elevators. The smell of weed is overwhelming every time we got in there"

"Is an AirPort hotel. It gets the Job done. 15 minutes for the shuttle. Very short distance. Very convenient. Room is really nice Cons. No complimentary water in the room Breakfast is really bad quality. All the items to have unhealthy low cost easy to make breakfast."
