Welcome to The Beach House, a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath, ranch style Cape Cod Vacation Rental. This home is an easy walk to Red River Beach (only .4 miles). Enjoy the screened in porch and patio with gas grill. AC units in both bedrooms and WiFi to keep you connected.

​​​​​​​We love how cozy our home is, the quiet neighborhood, reading, relaxing and playing cards on the screened porch and the peaceful walk to Red River Beach. Our children enjoy playing ball in the back yard, toasting marshmallow on the Webber grill, eating dinner on the back yard patio, riding bikes to the beach, fishing and kayaking on the ponds and the Cape Cod league baseball.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
The entry opens to the charming kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. This leads you into the open dining/living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a desk for remote work. Off of the living room a lovely screened-in porch for your enjoyment with a favorite book or a nice beverage.

The main bathroom has been recently updated. All 3 bedrooms open from the hall. Bedroom 1 offers a King Bed (2 twin beds that are pushed together) and a window A/C unit. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Twin Beds and a window A/C unit. There is a door from the kitchen to the small Bedroom 3 with a double bed. This little room has its own ensuite 1/2 bathroom and access to the patio.

The backyard has a patio, dining set, gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water a true Cape Cod Tradition! Enjoy a game of corn hole or grab some beach gear and head to the beach. All items are located behind or in the shed in the back yard.

South Harwich is convenient to both Harwich Port and Chatham and also has access to the Cape Cod Bike Trail off Depot Road. Approximately a 1/2 mile away is Depot Dogs (great hot dogs!) and Sundae School Ice Cream!

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
