With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, bunk, full, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The property also features 2.5 bathrooms, with the full baths equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soaps, and shampoo. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Our gorgeous loft-style condo offers the best in-building amenities in South Haven, including pool, hot tub and exercise rooms, 2 movie theaters right across the hall, and a grilling patio. Only 2 blocks from downtown South Haven restaurants and quaint shops, stroll along the riverfront, browse the Farmer's Market, and visit the Center for the Arts. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Thank you for booking with us! Checkout must be completed no later than 11 am on the last day of your stay. Our cleaning staff will arrive at 11 am to prepare the condo for our next guests.
Please thoroughly check for any stray items. We are not responsible for locating/returning lost items that may have been left behind in the condo or building during your visit.
Please leave the key fob attached to the green luggage tag on the stainless steel table near the kitchen. If you forget to do so and leave with the fob, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our city approved rental permit is for up to 8 guests. If you exceed this # we will be fined. You will be required to leave. No refund will be issued.
Guests must read rules in binder on table. There is a form the booking guest must sign indicating you will comply with rules and leave on table.
No bicycles are allowed in the condo or parked inside the building.
