Our gorgeous loft-style condo offers the best in-building amenities in South Haven, including pool, hot tub and exercise rooms, 2 movie theaters right across the hall, and a grilling patio. Only 2 blocks from downtown South Haven restaurants and quaint shops, stroll along the riverfront, browse the Farmer's Market, and visit the Center for the Arts. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Thank you for booking with us! Checkout must be completed no later than 11 am on the last day of your stay. Our cleaning staff will arrive at 11 am to prepare the condo for our next guests.
Please thoroughly check for any stray items. We are not responsible for locating/returning lost items that may have been left behind in the condo or building during your visit.
Please leave the key fob attached to the green luggage tag on the stainless steel table near the kitchen. If you forget to do so and leave with the fob, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.

Lovely condo close to so much of what South Haven has to offer! Two adults and two twelve-year-olds had a wonderful stay. Prompt communication and assistance as needed from the owners made for a smooth experience.
