The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the room were older and could have been replaced. There was laundry by the pool. The breakfast was toast, muffins, Bagels, instant oatmeal in a pouch, juices and coffee. The location was a little outside but still very convenient to many restaurants and the beach. Overall for the price it was okay.

I don't have a pet. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the place was nice. Just a qtip was left on the floor when I checked in that hadn't been cleaned, but besides that it was really good.

Really have no complaints. Checking in/out was easy, the staff was kind and helpful with our questions, it was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, bed comfortable enough. The pool was clean and were had it to ourselves which was nice. The only thing I say was not great was the floor in the room. It had a sticky feeling, But hey, nothing is perfect. I can't comment on the breakfast offered as we didn't partake. Would stay again!

I loved the comfortableness of the room and the very close access to downtown, restaurants, stores and various activities. However, I did not enjoy very low hot water that didn't last past a few minutes before going cold in the shower, nor did I like that you had to request a cleaning for your room the night before even if you're staying 4 days. This should be done anyway at least every other day to empty the trash cans and replace dirty towels especially since some are coming from having fun at the beaches.

Nothing fancy just a nice clean, quiet place to stay. Made the trip from New Mexico to compete in the national Multisport Championships At lake Arvesta. The whole experience was amazing. We’ll be back next year.

Interior of the room was better than expected based on the exterior appearance. Rate is high based on the quality overall. Thw rates are one of the lowest in the area. The distance to the beach and golf course was convenient.

This motel is exactly what one needs for an economical, last minute, one night stay. It is clean, has the basics, nothing special, a feel of a traditional ‘motor lodge.’ It’s great to have a low cost option that is clean and offers a good night sleep after a day on the lake and an evening in a charming lake town. I appreciate these types of places when they’re clean and friendly.
