By booking this property you hereby agree to the house rules:
- Chillin Away is a place for families & friends, not parties.
- Max 12 guests (including children). Exceeding limit = cancellation without refund.
- No pets. No smoking/vaping indoors or outdoors. Security deposit will be forfeited, additional cleaning charges will apply and reservation will be canceled with no refunds
- Quiet hours: 9pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and township rules.
- $500 security hold required. Signed rental agreement + ID due within 24 hours of booking. ID, rental agreement and credit card must all correspond to same individual
- Exterior cameras + sound monitors in place for safety & compliance.
- Check in after 4:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM ($50 per hour past check out time)
- Township ordinances prohibit outside noise. NO music by the pool or fire-pit area, screaming outside the house or in the private road.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. To comply with Township noise ordinances, and out of courtesy to neighbors, we ask that all outside socializing moves indoors by 9 pm. We have installed an inside and outside noise sensors, as well as security camera at the front door to monitor for possible noise and occupancy violations. If you are in violation of our quiet hours or occupancy limits your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will need to vacate immediately
- Guests are expected to be respectful of the residential neighbors. Any noise complaints made by neighbors or any report of parties being thrown at the house will result in reimbursement for damages, additional cleaning fees and immediate eviction without a refund.
- To comply with local noise ordinances, the Property is equipped with internal/external noise monitoring devices on 24/7. These do not record audio, only monitor noise levels.
- Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends; recordings reviewed solely for emergencies, damage assessment or enforcing house rules. Tampering with cameras will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
- Hot tub is for the guests that are occupying this house only
- Pool is only for the occupants of this home. If your group is renting multiple homes in the area, it is not allowed to all gather on this home premises.
- The pool is cleaned weekly and servicing schedule might fall on a day during guest stay. Owner provides skimmer nets; it will be your responsibility to keep debris out of pool and hot tub during your stay.

- Swimming pool opens May through September (weather permitting).
- Wood for fire-pit not provided. Guest can purchase bundles at nearby stores
- Indoor gas fireplace available October- April
- Streaming TV channels on smart TVs require guest account to view.
