We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice facility, the hallways had a very strong musty scent. I was disappointed in the lack of amenities in the room. The bathroom had obviously been restored, but not to the standard I believe you would find acceptable. No shower cap or other toiletries one normally has in room at that price point and no ceiling fan. Usually there’s two bottled waters in the fridge and no clock or book with specifics about the hotel if you needed information. Honestly when traveling again, more than likely I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay at one of your hotels it’s more money than it worth."

"Spark was perfect for our graduation weekend. The staff was friendly. It was clean. They had a plug for our car that was free. The room was huge. It was minimalist but we only needed a clean bed and bathroom. We got a great room which was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and offered more than I expected (hard boiled eggs)."
