"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. The pool was beautiful but the water was very mucky and needed a good cleaning. Same with the whirlpool. They did seem better on Monday but over the weekend the same eyelashes and Band-Aids were laying by the pool day after day. Our room was spacious. We had an issue with the air conditioner, not working, but we’re able to get a hold of somebody to correct that."

"Excellent day. Facility was top-notch clean. Amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated Heather at the front desk during checkout. She resolved a double charge on my credit card and was gracious enough to let me back in the room when I forgot my sunglasses."

"The pool has a resurfaced pebble stone surrounding it that is peeling and cracked. One of our friends was actually injured jumping in because the rocks scratched her leg. This needs some attention. Everything else was very nice. That staff is excellent. The in room smart tv has a free game section, and our kids spent the whole night playing together. That was a feature I had never seen in a hotel before and it was perfect for our family."

"Very good hotel overall and super fun area with great access to the train to get to downtown Pittsburgh. Pool is very very small, so be aware if planning a family trip and so is the parking garage. There’s room to park a vehicle but it is tight in every space. The area is fantastic though with tons of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Overall great place to stay to experience the neighborhood with easy access to the city as well!"
