"No shows in the middle of the week. And only one pool was opened (the south side) from 9-5."

"Check in was easy, no issues with parking which was convenient. They have a parking deck next to the hotel and the workers there were friendly and accommodating. I thought the treat and water bowl for dogs was a nice touch to the hotel. We did not bring a dog but i noticed it and thought that was cool. They offered Starbucks items, which was great. Most places were within walking distance of the hotel so you can definitely explore some local restaurants and activities to enjoy. My husband and I were pleased with our stay and will come back soon."

"I slept great in the room but I was in an adjoining room and I heard everything that was said and done in the room next door. I didn't like that but at least it was before bedtime. Some of the places were closed and machines were being renovated. Food was delicious in Hell's K and the deli area on the first floor."

"The room was clean and more than sufficient for me, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool though the edge of the pool had some damage. Parking was fine, if expensive. All of my concerns are really the difference between the hotel being conveniently located to my destination and a similar hotel much farther from the city. World Cup was also in town which drove up prices everywhere."
