"We loved the property but the refrigerator was not working properly so when the person that came up to fix it said it was working we had to tell him several times it was not cold. Eventually he replaced the refrigerator with a different one and that worked perfect. "

"Hotel was in a convenient location, clean, staff was friendly and the gentleman guarding the door gave an extra sense of security. I do wish there were better parking options, or maybe some type of partnership with the close garages to offer a deal on parking. But the stay was great regardless. "

"I have to admit that at 1st I was not impressed. The hotel, itself, could use freshening up. And I really, REALLY hate the music they pipe in outside and the lobby. It's HORRIBLE. Having said that, the staff was fantastic! Joe, the bartender kept me happy several nights in a row. Damen at the help desk was very nice and accommodating. The young people behind the front desk were so friendly and helpful and Eugene, the security guard watched over me when I went outside. The location was so great. Walking distance to everything US history and so many restaurant that you wish you could eat more. I really enjoyed my stay."
