"Staff were very helpful Accommodation was clean within the main room, although funny smell when you turn on the tap, Bathroom wasn’t very clean especially within the shower with paint coming off the sides and dirt and mould along the edge's. "

"Very friendly staff! Pet friendly. Not U-Haul or trailer friendly. I was able to park in the back and detach my U-Haul into a space and park next to it. The area is a mix of locals and surfer hippies. Plenty of food choices less than 30 seconds to walk to. COFFEE is across the main road next to Vons. About a 2-3 minute walk but worth it for the doughnuts. THE HOTEL is NOT on the beach. It is situation at the beginning of the road, so it takes about 1-2 minutes to walk down. Any pictures of the rooms with a beach front view are the apartments that are down on the beach and you will need to reserve. "

"We were there no longer than 30 minutes and a cockroach climbed out from behind the head board. "

"Loved the home, so many great places to gather and hang out, wonderful amenities like a resort, we never left except to enjoy a bike ride and some time at Big Beach across the street. We had great fun and made many memories. There was something in the home for everyone to enjoy from ages 5-63. Loved the couples question game on the table in the sitting area near the kitchen. We spent hours playing, conversing and connecting on deep levels. Cleanliness and supplies were above board. But we missed a few things in the kitchen, like a meat thermometer- that would have been nice. Also, we wish the small gravel in the front and back yards were another material, it was uncomfortable to walk on and it was getting everywhere. If we all come back that way again, it would be wonderful to stay there again. "

"The space was the best for the family. Never felt like we were on top of each other and waking up with a view of the beach was perfect. Kitchen was spacious and the walk to the beach was extremely convenient. Thanks for a great time. "

"I own a VRBO property so I hate to give a poor review. First, the location was great!! Without that, I'd give lower stars. The attention to detail of cleanliness and the property itself was unacceptable. Light bulbs all over the property were out (half in the master, outside, etc) so it was dark, dishes in the cupboards had food stuck to them, pans had food stuck to them, dust was piled high everywhere, windows in the master bath were broke so they couldnt be shut on cold nights, master bath tub faucet handle was broke, jacuzzi wouldnt warm up, CEILINGS LEAKED WHEN IT RAINED... On and on and on... I will say the communication from the management company was good but how many times do you want to reach out?! Overall, I'd stay again just due to the location itself. Hopefully with this post they work on the property. "
